Prior to completing an application, the student and parent(s) MUST schedule a school visit and tour through the Admission & Enrollment Office. You can request a school visit by contacting the Admission & Enrollment Director, James White M.Ed. at jwhite@ollakers.org or call 269-983-5520. You can also request a tour from our Inquiry tab: Inquiry
1. How to Apply
Our application is fully digital and accessible to you 24/7 through our online system. Your application will require some data and document uploads which you may input via your mobile phone or computer. Your first step is to create an application account.
2. Create an Application Account
Click here to Create Application Account. (New users create NEW account) You will be instructed to create a login, password, and verify your email via a message to your email account. Once your email has been verified, you may then start an application. (If you are a current family, you need not create an application account. Please use your family portal login to create a sibling application.)
3. Start an Application
Once you have verified your email, you may click the "Application" tab at the top of this page to login and create a New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and your data will be auto saved.
4. Review and Submit
Once all required fields of the application are complete, you must select "Final Step: Review & Submit."
Documents you will need to provide in your application:
School records for current and past year (Behavior/Academic/Transcripts)
Any current or past IEPs, 504s or any individual service plans
Most recent standardized test scores (MSTEP or NWEA) - only students applying to 4th - 12th grade
Teacher recommendation - you will just provide a name and email address
Determination
Students will be notified of their admission status within 30 days of submitting their complete application. If an application offer is accepted, the student will only then be directed to complete an enrollment packet.
Wait Pool Information
If your child meets the admission requirements but no seat is available, we will offer to place your child in a Wait Pool. When/If a seat becomes available, the most qualified student will be offered admission. If you already have children enrolled at Our Lady of the Lake, every attempt will be made to admit a new sibling.
Special Educational Needs
Since Our Lady of the Lake is unable to provide appropriate educational experiences for children with certain learning disabilities, serious emotional or social problems, or severe physical handicaps, careful consideration is given to each applicant to make certain our program is a good match for the applicant’s needs. If any of these circumstances apply to your child, please contact the Enrollment Office to discuss.
